December Activities

Hey folks! 

The youth have a very busy month so I will get down to it:

• We will be joining the church at the Oregon Food Bank on Thursday the 1st to help out for the Holidays. 
• On Saturday the 3rd we will be once again filling stockings for homeless children in the Portland Metro area. We fill these  stockings with all forms of toiletries and age specific gifts. The youth had a ton of fun last year  and I know they are looking forward to doing it again. 
• Alex White will be our youth Liturgist this month. The youth are really getting the hang of it. I thank you all for your continued support.  
• For the 3rd year in a row 8 youth will be enjoying a wonderful evening on Mike and Rebecca Schappert’s boat in the Christmas Ship display. We will be joining them on the 16th.
• On the 18th we will be having a very busy day. The youth will be helping the lil' buddies during the Christmas program and for a reward we will be having a party that afternoon. We welcome all children to join us from 4-7pm. Dinner provided. This is a free-will donation event. 
• Due to the fact that all of us are so busy during this time of year, we will be celebrating Christmas with the youth group January 8th from 4-6pm. 
• And as an early heads up January has 5 Sundays so we look forward to seeing you all for game night on the 29th from 4-6pm.
